POSITION OPEN FOR Digital Campaign & Operation Manager

THE JOB

The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop monthly social media reports by analysing brand page’s performance and data.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to discover competing brands’ activities on social media.
  • Participate in pitches with strategies and ideas based on market insights and sentiments.
  • Preparing content and writing copy for various platforms.
  • Ongoing social listening effort to monitor, track, respond to emerging trends, conversations, and client mentions in user-generated content as well as to gauge sentiment for the improvement of brand engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Develops digital marketing strategy by identifying the client and their current and future needs and monitoring the competition.
  • Plans and executes all SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, web, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Plans execute and measures experiments and conversion.
  • Manage client expectations with day-to-day reporting and explain requirements of analysis, specification, and design of projects on a technical and nontechnical basis.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to develop a proposal, ideation, design, copywriting, production, and technical development.
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Identify and manage project risk and maintain project plan.
  • Daily managing of ongoing projects.
  • Client servicing, through face-to-face contact.
  • Preparing sample visuals and value proving background information as a basis for recommending digital solutions.
  • The ability to prioritise and organise work is critical.
  • Maintaining client relationships.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND LICENSING REQUIREMENTS
  • Proficiency in many social media platforms.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in social media management or a related field is required for this position.
  • Excellent English and Bahasa Malaysia writing, communication, and verbal skill.
  • Experience in setting up social media business pages and ad boosting.
  • Solid knowledge of the social media landscape, web project management and familiar with marketing analytics tools.
  • Familiar with communication/marketing planning and strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management for brands.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Able to develop budgets and project timeline.
