POSITION OPEN FOR DIGITAL & INFLUENCER MANAGER

THE JOB
  • Work closely with the Digital Director to ensure day-to-day deliverables meet industry standards, client expectations, project deadlines are met, meeting sales targets, coaching and supporting the juniors team members in achieving their KPIs.
  • Creator and influencer outreach; curating and connecting them with suitable campaigns and clients
  • Identify and build relationships with creators and social influencers to produce consistent content and drive engagement
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends and provide insights on trending content
  • Conduct competitor analysis to discover competing brands’ activities on social media
  • Develops digital marketing strategy by identifying the client and their current and future needs and monitoring the competition.
  • Generate ideas and solutions with internal teams to address brand challenges
  • Producing a consistent brand message across all the social media channels.
  • Preparing sample visuals and value providing background information as a basis for recommending digital solutions
  • Collaborates with internal teams to develop content proposals which includes ideation, copywriting, and production.
  • Scheduling social media posts.
  • Responding to the comments on social media on time.
  • Optimizing social media content and deliverables actively and effectively to improve KPIs and ROI for clients
  • Develop monthly social media reports by analyzing influencer and social media engagement or activities data.
  • Manage client expectations with day-to-day reporting and explain requirements of analysis, specification, and design of projects on a technical and nontechnical basis.
  • Client servicing, through face-to-face contact
  • The ability to prioritize and organize work is critical
  • Maintaining client relationships
  • Assist various teams in ideating, managing and executing digital campaigns and content across the board
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND LICENSING REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • At least 3 years of working experience in marketing, digital advertising, social media management or a related field is required for this position
  • Demonstrate the ability to understand the engagement metrics and KPI’s.
  • Excellent knowledge of research requirements for brand communication strategy.
  • Sound knowledge of social media scheduling platforms.
  • Strong oral skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia / Chinese.
  • Excellent copywriting skills, proofreading and editing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia / Chinese.
  • Solid knowledge of the social media landscape, web project management and familiar with marketing analytics tools
  • Familiar with communication/marketing planning and strategy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Able to develop budgets and project timeline
  • Sound knowledge of social media scheduling platforms.
  • Sound knowledge of paid social media advertising.
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize them.
  • In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithm changes.
  • Outstanding brand awareness experience will be preferred.
  • High level of self discipline in time management.
  • Proactive in seeking new projects and assignments without prompt.
  • A keen eye for details.
  • Self motivated.
