The digital manager acts to serve the client in all digital management matters - this includes working with the director to develop budget, media, content and timelines that formulate into creating a successful, well thought out plan for key accounts. Continuous effective and timely communication is a vital trait. 

We are looking for candidates with the right DNA to be part of our team! You will be responsible for managing ongoing projects from our key accounts while helping the team grow the agency business.


  • Function as the account lead and project manager to key accounts.
  • Understand clients' brief and liaise with the creative team to research and formulate creative solutions. Collate contents/asset/brief to lead into execution. 
  • Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Present communication strategies and reports to clients, conduct WIP sessions with clients.
  • Internal Preparation, Deliverables and Coordination for ongoing projects
  • Leverage on organic social media platforms (mainly FB, IG, and LinkedIn) to increase followers and engagement for brands assigned to you
  • Work closely with content and creative to produce out of the box work that meets the client’s key account goals.
  • Monitoring all stages of campaigns to guarantee that they run smoothly
  • Provide status reports throughout the duration of the project to keep clients and peers updated
  • Administration tasks that will help to keep campaigns well-managed and organised
  • Performing and managing media buys and ad buys. Analyse digital campaigns success and report on campaigns performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
  • Responsible for overseeing revenue goals for key accounts.
  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • Required language(s): English. Good written & spoken Mandarin/Malay language will be an advantage.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience with a proven track record in the related field is required for this position. 
  • Excellent communication skills, an analytical mind and a talent for organisation and project management.
  • Skill(s): social media, digital marketing, website management, project management, e-commerce, content, copywriting, creative writing, client servicing, account management, media buying, Facebook & LinkedIn management, digital analytics, design.
  • Qualities: Independent, relentless problem solver, quick learner, street-smart, creative, enthusiastic.
  • Preferably Marketing agency executives specialised in Account Management, Digital Marketing or equivalent.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit.
