HappyDot.sg is a Singapore based insights community that gathers what Singapore thinks about topics that matter in daily life. With members from diverse backgrounds, the platform produces insights that reflect the voices of different groups across the country.

LOKi drives end to end digital initiatives, sets the brand personality and tone of voice and introduced new brand mascots that now live across all digital channels. Through targeted recruitment, always on engagement and consistent content strategy, we expanded the community and surpassed all growth targets.
