Singapore · 4–6 Week Campaign Engagement

From campaign brief to ready to launch.

A focused four-to-six-week engagement for teams that need a strong campaign idea, a clear creative system and the assets to put it into market without committing to a long retainer.

  • Campaign strategy
  • Creative concept
  • Key visual
  • Copy & messaging
  • Channel-ready assets

Some briefs need momentum, not months of agency overhead.

The sprint is built for defined campaign problems where the deadline is real, the decision-makers are available and the team needs to move from thinking to execution quickly.

01

A campaign is coming

You have a launch, initiative, event or seasonal moment with a clear window and need the creative direction locked quickly.

02

The brief needs sharpening

The business objective is clear, but the proposition, audience tension or campaign message still needs to be worked through.

03

The idea must travel

You need more than a hero visual. The central idea has to translate into social, digital, content, landing pages, video or other campaign touchpoints.

What happens in the sprint

The exact deliverables depend on the brief, but the engagement is deliberately structured around one campaign challenge and a defined launch-ready outcome.

Campaign framing

Clarify the objective, audience, offer or behaviour we need to influence, mandatory messages and the role of each channel.

Creative territories

Develop a small number of distinct creative routes rather than a long list of loosely differentiated ideas.

Campaign proposition & messaging

Shape the central thought, headline system, supporting messages and CTA so the campaign has a coherent verbal structure.

Key visual & design system

Create the visual direction, hierarchy and core assets that give the campaign a recognisable look across formats.

Channel adaptation

Translate the approved direction into the agreed social, digital, display, eDM, landing page, OOH or presentation formats.

Production support

Bring in motion, video, photography, illustration, development or media specialists where the campaign requires them.

Probably yes

  • You have a campaign, launch or business moment with a clear deadline.
  • You need a strong idea and a creative system that can work across channels.
  • You want strategy, creative and execution handled as one focused engagement.
  • You have internal stakeholders who can make decisions and keep feedback moving.

Got a question?

Here are the practical questions we usually need to align before scoping the work.

Is every sprint exactly four to six weeks?

No. Four to six weeks is the standard engagement window for a focused campaign with timely client feedback. Production complexity, research, development or a larger number of markets can extend the timeline.

How many creative routes do you present?

We normally recommend a small number of meaningfully different routes. The aim is to make a clear strategic choice, not create volume for its own sake.

Can you work from an existing strategy or campaign platform?

Yes. We can start from your existing brand or campaign strategy and focus the sprint on creative development and execution.

Does the sprint include production?

It can. Motion, video, photography, illustration and development are scoped based on the approved concept and timeline.

Can you continue after the sprint?

Yes. A sprint can lead into campaign production, media, social content or an ongoing retainer where there is a clear next phase.

How is a sprint priced?

We scope it as a defined project based on the number of routes, deliverables, channels and production requirements. The proposal makes those assumptions explicit before work starts.
